This feels like overkill for ranged sated users. i don't get why the nerf the minority of sated junglers while the main problem are melee sated users. Kayle, vayne, and twitch aren't even freelo/ super OP champs in the jg.
Dr Poro1 votesWell, Kayle is definitely one of the top junglers, but she's not exactly towering above the rest. Vayne and twitch are rather mediocre/gimmicky. I guess this nerf is purely aimed towards Kayle and Kindred (they will have bonus on-hit damage from her passive so they will be really strong with sated devourer and they probably don't want to pigeonhole them into having to buy devourer to be playable.)
