I mean Ahri is a nightmare matchup for everyone, but Ahri would destroy Orianna. I mean If Orianna even steps foot in ahri's Range, She'll Q. Since Orianna's Range is not that good, and all of her attacks rely on her Q, I believe Ahri won't allow Orianna to get close without combo-ing her.
Also, Orianna's Ball is slow so ahri could use her ult to dash.
Fondling Gems1 votesOri has enough safety and zoning that Ahri can't kill her without playing super aggressive. If she does that she leaves herself open to ganks.
With her free E passive stats and the shield plus leaving the ball on the ground to zone with W it is just another matchup for Ori to farm through.
Ori doesn't really have terrible matchups because she just wants to farm and stack a roa/tear and she has the tools to do that pretty much regardless of matchup. She also usually takes barrier or cleanse and Ahri doesn't have the Burst to get through that unless she is fed. Ori can also farm under turret pretty easily and after half an item and a few levels she can match Ahri's pushing power and burn less mana doing it + also stacking her tear.

Even as Ori, just farm it up, dodge her pathetically predictable skillshots, and you are going to have a much larger impact on the mid/late game. If the ahri is particularly skilled you can put an extra point or two into your shield and also purchase some early MR. Finally, anytime I'm not confident about a matchup I will take barrier (vs. burst mages) or exhaust (vs most assassins) as a second summoner.
NotCounter1 votesorianna outranges ahri and has more sustained damage but ahri has more mobility to outplay her with ult. so i would say orianna should win lane when ahri's ult is down but should be relatively safe when it's up
