Also, as with any glass cannon, focus them first. If he flanks you, he's out of position. Focus him. If he's in the back line and protected, casually move out of range. His R only lasts so long.

woodvsmurph1 voteswards - to spot when he stealths up to try to flank. Save hard cc for when he pops up instead of committing all your cc to the first enemy you see. Rotate lanes, set up side wave pressure, force enemy to come to you, exploit when they are separated, don't fight in a choke point and don't all line up for him, communicate beforehand that he is the priority target you MUST delete first.

Why would u lose 1 or 2 people? If u dont know how his ulti works: His auto attacks become piercing shots that go straight forward. As long as you position properly , you shouldnt have issues. Also speed helps:

I recall a fed twitch and a morgana support stalking me through the map. Let's just say even when he got a 3v1, he didn't walk away happy.
In other words - pick hard cc and engage. Save it for when he pops up. Delete the coward. Enjoy snowballing harder than a
