Can we please do something about lucian?

This post is mainly salt, but im really fucking tired of getting bullied out of lane midlane by lucian, only FOR HIM TO OUTSCALE MY BECAUSE OF BLADE OF THE RUIN KING. Nothing rustles my jimmies more than someone with a range advantage lane bullying only to be stronger than the enemy late game. It makes the game feel like the only way you can win is if they are literally braindead, as you cant do anything to stop them from slowly crushing you under their foot.

And to make it worse, lucian has his dash to avoid gank attempts, meaning that sending help is a complete waste of time. TL;DR: Please do anything about lucian, im tired of getting lane bullied only for him to be more relevant late game even when you eventually catch up due to him being an ADC capable of abusing item synergy.
