he's still trash i mean, i can make taric's stun last 4 seconds, but he's still a shit pick.

That's not a great path of reasoning. Taric has undergone many buffs over the years to keep him relevant, and is now pretty decent, he's got the fifth highest support win rate actually. He is the best pick into AD.

If you gave him a four second targeted stun, his winrate would go up massively and he would be picked in every game. Four seconds is a long time in League, hell people complain when Morg locks them down for 2.5 seconds, 4 undodgeable seconds is enough for your ADC to burst someone to death, or to entirely shut down a gank. He would be picked all the time over anyone else.

Use some critical thought, dude.

When it comes to Kass, he has Flash on a 2 second cooldown in the late game. Even small changes to his numbers can make him overpowered or underpowered because they affect his ability to burst people down before he gets CC'd.

Agreed on mostly everything.

But lets get something clear. Him being cced is one thing. But the fact that he cant kill someone 100-0 means that he will eventually get cced or killed which forces him to poke due to that knowledge..and the range of his Q is a danger zone.

There is usually two ways for a champ to survive: killing before being killed, and escaping/tanking.

he wasnt very good at any of it ( escaping is low range now, high mana cost, alright CD early/mid--ROA health nerfed, Mr scaling and base health nerfed.) etc...

The buff will help him. but doesnt address his mid game and survivability. It will also force seraph on him which is quite expensive and long to get in gear. Not something to pick on for someone who suffers major early mid game penalities as it is.

I dont like this kass (even tho i like what he is) cause i cannot have the balls to make a play or assassinate cause I KNOW i cannot kill them and its suicide to even try it. Kass is very team dependent and thats an issue for his character.
