I just got demoted this game and every fight he played fucking dominoes with his barrels and took half the life away from my entire fucking team. HOW THE HELL DO U PLAY AGAINST THAT? We cant seige, we cant fight, we cant defend. FFS we were ahead 15 kills and he still managed to carry because of those fucking barrels. Riot keeps fucking overloading kits and i just fucking payed for it. THATS NOT BALANCED!!! WTF IS THE RATIO ON THAT??? 6.0?

Because it's impossible past level 13.
If he's good he can make it so that you have zero chance to react when he places a barrel. It's also why he's viable in LCS. You just can't dodge them post 13 unless he's bad.

His super shield doubles as an aoe stun, His gap closer is also a next AA modifier + has it's passive, etc. The only thing that gangplanks barrels double as is wards. but no one has complained about that part. Also follow the pbe notes buddy, he's getting nerfed because of everyones bitching XD

passive is a true damage DoT thats it reset upon breaking a barrel. W is a heal increased at low hp that removes all crowd control effects. e is the overloaded part, e places a powder keg at a target location that connects to nearby kegs, keg that gets destroyed as gp rewards physical damage to surrounding enemies slowing and ignoring 60% armor. If parrrley is used to detonate the poweder keg, the explosion plunders every enemy it kills. His e is more loaded than ekkos entire kit. then his r which can be upgraded 3 times but i dont think thats bad.
