Not like is as underplayed or tweakable with numbers or anything.

It's less that she needs it more, and more that the work she needs is less.

The Champion Update team(s) need to find a good balance between high end over the top reworks Sion and smaller, more tuning based reworks Viktor . If the team only ever focused on big projects, we'd get Champion Updates at a terribly slow crawl.

The thing players need to know is that champion balance is a process, not a quick solution, because doing the latter will result in shit. Some champs are so flawed (like pre-rework scion and poppy) that they need a LOT of attention in order to get them at a viable, yet familiar state in the game, but at the same time the entire team needs to keep updating to keep players interested, so they prioritize easier fixes over harder ones.

Because of this, many dated champions are seemingly placed on the backburner, but it's not like their existence is being completely ignored.

Right but that's the point I'm making about these other champs. I get it's a lot of work and some champs are less, but like IDK I suppose I'm also a tad disappointed that these champs have been a problem for so long. I sort of feel like the "new champ" thing needs to stop until all problems are fixed. Which I know is a bad idea I just feel that way...
