changes i would love to see on 2016

CLIENT AND LAUNCHER

This is number one by far, Daily tons of people have problems with the launcher, "its not patching" "stuck at XX%" plus hangups when starting the game.

Store problems have to be fixed too, stuff like the store not loading or just displaying a black screen (yes this still happens to some of my friends)

and finally, the game HAS TO STOP STARTING WHEN A PLAYER HASN'T CONNECTED, CALL THE GAME OFF AND GIVE THE PLAYER THAT DIDN'T CONNECT AN IMPORTANT COOLDOWN.

HITBOXES AND VISIBILITY

I want color changes in aram, its really hard to aim sometimes when the range indicators are light blue (ice color) or white, just a small QoL change for aram

Certain skins have hard to see particles, Iron something Lux (can't remember, Iron legion was it?) needs to be fixed, the particles for her Q are extremely hard to see.

Different color for skillshot aiming indicators, so players can change them at will.
