Rengar out again?

This is twice now where he's been bugged and disabled, and it's even the same freakin' bug! In some round about way you can make it so he has 100% CDR, obviously game breaking and should most definitely be disabled to fix this, but the same issue twice? Wtf are you doing to the code to make this pop back up again?

Oh, and yes, I know plenty of the people who like to bitch and moan about champs on the forums are likely to post about how they're glad he's disabled or should stay disabled or something along those lines, you're not unique or original, sorry.
