Yes, I'm salty. Yes, there's bigger problems with Fiora. But this change alone means it's worthless to dodge her q because it comes off of cd in no time at all. Her laning phase is so dumb because of this alone.

She's not, if she misses Q it goes onto a significantly longer CD.

I understand your frustration, She is able to Q toward you and you cant even sidestep it like usual dashes. and if you flash it, most likely a minion is going to be around during the laning phase and she will hit it. This is not healthy for Fiora as a person (imagine her hips after doing a full turn in less than 1/2 second?) and for the game.
Her Q only goes on a lower CD if she lands her Q...
if the attack hits you, she didnt miss her q. she just missed the vital.
and her q on its own doesnt deal a lot of damage. it scales with .6 bonus ad, which isnt even a full auto attack.
