I'm a Viktor main, and I disagree. Viktor is definitely a good one to carry SoloQ, but TF has him beat in my opinion.

TF has similar wave clear to Viktor, if Viktor is farming up very well, he can 1 shot all of the minion, and TF can use his W and Q to 2 shot them with or without being fed.

The biggest reason I think TF is better as a SoloQ carry is because of his ultimate and stun. TF is probably the best ganker in the game because of this: He can go to top or bot in mere seconds, and get a guaranteed targeted stun on his opponent. His ganks are almost always successful, boosting his teams chances of success greatly.

Viktor is also a good ganker, but it takes time to leave lane and his CC isn't targeted or guaranteed (unless you're good enough ;))

TF is a great mid-laner. The only thing that destroys him are mobile bursty assassins like LB, Fizz, Akali, Yasuo, Diana, etc (the mid-laner's we all hate). If you first or second pick TF, either youre gonna get fed or countered and destroyed. Most people don't know how to utilize his kit effectively (roaming and stuff.). However, his kit is really great in any situation. He himself gets shut down hard by all-in dives and ganks.

Anivia is pretty good for SoloQ tbh. She has a bad Pre-6 and isn't the most mobile but in teamfights and just pushing lanes she's great. Not to mention her base damage is pretty high with her Q-E or R-E combo. Though she can't roam she can push lanes ridiculously fast. Taking her support can work as well with her high base damage and utility in lane. Her Q and W will prevent anyone from escaping or any incoming ganks. She can still do fairly well with support items like item 3105 .

He is a great champ, but he takes a LOT of practice to get down. Mastering his ult is what will keep most players from being able to carry with him.

i doubt that. a good Akali Diana Katarina Fizz Fiora keeps him from ever even being picked in solo Q. and these are oldschool assassins, i havent even mentioned the mobility monsters like Yasuo or Ekko . there are is just too much mobility in the game for him to be good in solo Q.
