Yes because the second Yasuo throws it out, everyone on the opposite team of him is forced to use all their projectiles at it. It also triples all enemy cooldowns, makes his passive shield permanent, and gives him a million gold.

/s.

Seriously, the amount of mindless hate threads upvoted here is ridiculous. Yasuo just got nerfed and bugfixed, yet there are numerous threads still harping on about how Yasuo should be nerfed on the top page. I suggest you see how he does after the nerfs for a week or two, before you keep begging Riot for another nerf hammer. [zombie-brand-clap]

Dude, stop trying to downplay Yasuo as if he's actually balanced. You forgot to mention that he turns all scuttle crabs on the map into powerful allies that deal 100% HP true damage to all structures, champions, minions, and everything else the wind is touching.

It seems you aren't aware that because his wall starts on his hitbox he is able to block a skillshot coming from the complete opposite direction.

I'd say its fair for people to be pissed when a Yasuo panic walls the opposite way and still blocks your ult projectile.

Yasuo mains keep hating. I'll keep him permabanned ;)

Problem is that he can instantly uses windwall once he sees a projectile comming. This forces you to not use a spell until his windwall is used kind of like a banshee.

They should just add a 0.75 second delay and buff the duration to compensate.

Yasuo has been hated for a long time. The fact that he was OP last patch due to a bug caused many people to jump on the Yasuo bandwagon which awakened the eternal anger towards this champion that is based around the skill of the yasuo player with little to no outplay potential for the opponent (other than repeatedly ganking). Last season, there was a nerf to his early game saying that this hyper-scaling melee carry isn't supposed to win 1v1s against melees simply by stats checks. Thanks to fervor, he's doing that right now.

At max rank, Yasuo's windwall has a cooldown of 18 seconds.

It lasts 4 seconds.

18 - 4 = 14 seconds of downtime at 0% Cooldown Reduction.

Here are a list of possible items that Yasuo can use, either as Tanksuo or full AD Assassin Yasuo that also has CDR on it:

item 3812 item 3142 item 3065 item 3083 item 3071 item 3078

Through any of these items, it is inherently possible that he gets 40%.

40% of 14 = 5.6

**14 - 5.6 = 8.4 seconds of vulnerability. **

Now you mean to tell me that a champion that has a window of 8.4 seconds to kill is balanced?

Get out.

Yasuo barely got nerfed to be fair. Other champions who have been harassed in the past on the boards and with high ban rates typically went through several patches of hard nerfs. Think Tahm Kench and Azir who both got nerfed significantly harder than the miniscule attack speed nerf and pathetic ult nerf (since 100% comes with 2 items) that Yasuo got. Whereas both TK and Azir have been sitting at the bottom winrate in their primary role for months now, I highly doubt Yasuo will drop below 50% with these nerfs.

As a varus main. Windwall is one of the least frustrating parts of his kit.

Forgot the part where he gets invincibility

There's a reason that sub 50% winrate champions still get permabanned. Fuck that champion I never want to see him again.

The only problem i have with Yasuo's windwall is that it forces you to actually play around it Due to it's long duration, you can't just efficiently wait for it to expire, you have to walk through or around it, putting yourself in a bad position most of the time Nerf the duration or something so that skilled yasuo players can use it to still block projectiles, but it not remaining in place for 4 seconds mid teamfight
