Shaco Syndrome - When playing high-skillcap champions (Shaco, Zed, etc.), the sufferer will play like they're a Challanger smurf if they're on the opposing team of you, but feed harder than the Red Cross if they happen to be on the same team as you. The symptom is usually triggered by an infection in the 'Tryhard' section of the brain.

Platinum ELO Sickness - Usually caused by mass-stroking of the E-Penis organ, the closer the sufferer gets to Platinum ELO, the more they think of themselves as the next Faker, and will belittle and grief teammates to no end for the simplest mistakes, even if said mistakes were their own.

Sona Syndrome - Sufferers of the disease claim the champion they main is 'gutted' no matter what the circumstance, usually caused by thinking their waifu is real, and is generally a symptom of infection by the 'weaboo' virus. Although the syndrome has so far only been observed on Sona mains, the same thing has been occurring on Syndra mains.

Tilt - Tilt is a recurring disease among LoL players. Symptoms include, but are not limited to:

  • Incoherent screaming
  • Carboard 28 plays
  • Violent throwing and hitting of nearby objects

CFS - CFS, or Chronic Feeding Syndrome, is the urge to look flashy, despite having no idea of what one is doing. Example's are:

Yasuo - Ulting as soon as an enemy is knocked up, regardless of circumstances. LeeSin - Following Q, regardless of circumstances. Lux - Trying to proc passive, regardless of circumstances.

EDIT: Gotta already love the salt that's coming from every corner. Isn't M&G supposed to be light-hearted fun?

Doctor, your Lee Sin example has been recognized as Lee Syndrome for years. Where did you acquire your medical license?

And as for Yasuo, my studies - however controversial they may seem, have yielded similar situations in Zed, Lee Sin, and Master Yi as well, where the player will mindlessly throw themselves at five or so opponents at once without backup as if they are in an anime. This is a condition I've since dubbed Weeaboo Shitlordism. Though this has not been been recognized by the League's Medical Acumen Office, (LMAO) I encourage more observation and testing from others to find a link to this condition with a possible cure.

Vayne There's also Doublelift Disorder, where the Vayne, during crucial times throughout the game, will have convinced themselves they are Doublelift and attempt to solo carry - no matter how impossible it may seem with their 0/10 score, or how idiotic it was to pick Vayne into a particular team to begin with, being solely responsible for the loss.

Don't for get the classic: "Junglerus Schittius" This is a very common disease, usually caused in the residence of Bronze Elo. Symptoms occur after a laner dies to ganks. After the second or third gank, they usually will begin to flame their jungler, dispite being pushed up harder than my sister's tampons.

Some Phrases Include: "Shit jg, why wont you ever gank" "Report jg" "You are the reason im stuck in bronze"

If you need more informatoin, please review the "Platinum Elo Syndrome" and "CFS" sections above.

What about Elous Hellus. This strange disease makes the sufferer think that they are better than they are, resulting in violent outbursts. Related to Platinum Elo sickness.

You missed Lee Sindrome.

A case where someone plays an overloaded champion (Such as Lee Sin, Yasuo, Riven), acting like they're good after going all out in a blind pick match where people just want to have fun, and proceed to think they're God's gift to the game when they couldn't play any other champion.

Although the syndrome has so far only been observed on Sona mains, the same thing has been occurring on Syndra mains.

And the cause of this disease is a confabulating troll named "Xeruon".

being in Plat, I can attest the the Platinum ELO sickness. I've had it, trying to cure myself by avoiding rank till S7.

Also, you forgot about one very popular but easyly treatable desease: The Lee Sindrome. People who suffer of Lee Sindrom cannot resist, no matter how obviously stupid it would be, the temptation of jumping in after landing gap closing abilities with second cast functions. Abilities such as Lee Sin's Q, Thresh's Q, Gnar's enraged E (I am patient zero on this one), Anyone bound to Kalista when she ults, Niddalee when she lands a Spear (we saw that one at worlds yesterday. It kills people), and much more.

Fight the ailement, fund the cure.

Is that lux one a joke? Flashy? Light? Proccing that illumination?

Niyumi10/1/2016, 11:06:15 PM1 votes

You forgot one that you have yourself!

Bullshitius Narcissm Type B: When you play a champion like Zed, Riven, Yas, etc., and convince yourself that they require a great deal of skill to perform well with, and act as if you're a god at the game when, really, this game is super easy and you're being proud of your ability to mindlessly mash 2-3 buttons. :3

ADC Syndrome: "I can 1 V 3 regardless of who I am or what the situation is, and if I fail, its my supports fault"

Support Syndrome: "I did my job in the lane, if we lose game later on, it is definitely not my fault"

Mid Syndrome: "I lost lane because jungler didn't give me blue buff despite being 0/5"

Jungle Syndrome: "X lane, start the fight I'll be there.....Ooh, Scuttle"

Top lane: "I'll save my teleport for later"

Golden Tager X10/2/2016, 3:50:57 AM1 votes

You forgot about forced interaction syndrome, which is actually what cfs is. The player has an interaction with an ability, so they MUST use it no matter how bad of a situation it puts them in. Example being something like someone grabbing a thresh lantern even though it is sure death to grab it.

The Letter H10/2/2016, 6:25:35 AM1 votes

You forgot Illaoi syndrome

When you play a champ that no one plays (or a champ that normally doesn't go that build/role) yet destroy with it. Examples: 1 Shot Ap Aatrox, Me, Tahm Kench Top, ap shaco. Illaoi, etc.

MohawkBird10/2/2016, 7:58:19 PM1 votes

I love that Sona Syndrome definition. Reminds me of Sona Ping spamming threads on these very boards about Sona being a trash pick.

Dont forget BurnOUT Syndrome- causes extreme fatigue to the league muscle
