Change The Ban System Please

Can we have the ban system in Ranked and Draft mode work just like how it does when we select a champion? Somebody bans a champion first, then 2 people on the other team, then so on.

I'm just so tired, and honestly amused at this point, at how many times both teams have banned the same champions. Both teams banning one or two of the same champions happens every time, three champions being banned on both sides happens about every other game, and I've experienced more than once when both teams have banned the same four champions. I, no joke, once, and only once, went through a game where both teams banned the SAME FIVE champions.

Sure, you might reason that the ban system should stay the way it is because the way I'd like it would, aside from lengthening champ select by 2 or 3 minutes, increase the chances of people champions getting banned. However, in a game that has over 140 champions, and still making more, banning 10 champions is nothing. Besides, we all know the bans would, more often than not, be used to ban "broken" champions, so as long as you're not a player who abuses the meta by choosing champions that are far to strong at the moment, you have nothing to worry about.
