well if your venting it means your "letting off steam" which means you were mad.

which means something made u mad.

so either your mad at yourself for not doing a good enough job.

or your mad at something else.

now if your mad at yourself u can turn that anger into motivation to get better.

if your mad at somthing else.. you need to learn why said thing happened and try to understand it..

if you understand something then there is a reason for why it happened. and if there is a reason it is most likely within your sphere of influence to change something u do for a better outcome.

if it is not within your power to change said thing..

then you have to accept that it is not within your control and learn to live with it.

for example.. i know i have the skill level of a plat or diamond...

but i ALSO know my actau MECHANICS are utterly ABYSMAL.

this is the same thing that all the pro players coaches have, they know the game.. they know HOW to do it.. they just lack the mechanics

i can ping the correct thing to do all i want.. but its up to work with me to do it.

and i aslo accept trhat no one on the forums will belive me that i have tremendous game knowldge becuase according to them "im hardstuck silver"

therefore "i know nothing"

it donest matter that i stopped plying ranked, no one on the forums cares about that... so i don't care what they think.

i know my skill and i know where i need to improve.. and that is mechanics... but i also that after 4 years with no improvement to my mechanical skill my mechanics WON'T get better.

so i have to accept that. so what o focus on is what i CAN change... and that is getting even BETTER at my game knowledge.

you need to do this too.. understand why you are mad.. and work from there.
