Just an observation about gemstones

I bought like 50 lootboxes when the gemstones were first released. Back then, I would get at least 1, but usually 2, sometimes 3 gemstones per 10 boxes. I probably got 15 gemstones from these 50 boxes. I can't be sure, but I've gotten total ~50 gemstones, some from S chests, maybe 3 from Blue essence, and the rest from hextech chest bundles.

I have obtained near 50 gemstones.

recently i had some money to burn so I bought a few more sets of 10 because i was bored. Not one gemstone in 30 boxes. It's not exact but you would think that if i got 15 from 50 during the first month or two of gemstones release, buying half as many should get me something like at least 5. Not one. NOT ONE.

Kinda of really shady that they have so drastically reduced the gemstone drop rate yet entice people to waste money (A LOT OF money) on these worthless boxes that often contain crap champion shards, and with the additions of wards shards, fucking ward shards and emotes to lower your probability probably even more (at least of actual skins).
