Think they need to make a better algorithm for match making...

I am gold 5, and got matched against 3 plat players with 2 gold players. And my team consisted of 4 gold players + an unranked player.

Too say the least it was not even a game it was a slaughter. We stood no chance at all and was not fun. How do people climb when they gold 5 all ready being matched vs teams with players that are 5 ranks ahead... is the system designed too keep you at 50% win rate by making such ridiculous match ups?
