Please fix matchmaking

I have a 3.66 KDA on trundle over 40 ranked games but a 45% winrate. I also have consistently high KP and Damage, frequently out damaging my useless adc. Please fix your matchmaking. Its so fucking bad. Every game feels decided in champ select and I usually have 3 losing lanes within the first 5 minutes of my games
