I played customs yesterday and the teams were about two thirds of a division off altogether, I actually gained respect for Riot's matchmaking after witnessing that mess.

this matchmaking is absolute hell!!! 4 matches is a row with the worst team mates i've ever seen in this game!!! why do i keep getting feeders!!?!?!?!?
