I agree. Most people wanted riot to remove her movement speed boost from her q to make her less safe but instead they decreased the damage of her ultimate. I hear that that would make it harder to carry as ahri.

Honestly ahri didnt even need nerfs.

Meanwhile syndra/ori as broken as always.

she did tho, she had 54% win rate and 20% pick rate, the nerfs dropped both her pick rate and win rate i like how op acts as if it didn't do anything, meanwhile she lost 15% ap ratio on ult, and 10% on W (or more i don't remember) while gaining 10% ap ratio on E

also, i'm more afraid of malz/anivia than syndra/ori at the moment

Mind doing math and put some numbers? Because they shifted power from her W to her E. How much AP she needs to have compared to your MR?

Lets say she is lvl 16 have around 500 AP and u have 0 MR:

Her W would deal around 250 damage and her ulti 275x3. Thats around 1100 damage on 0 MR target. Now lets say u are Anivia at lvl 16 u have 1481 HP without any items. Meaning she wouldnt kill u even if u had 0 MR and no HP items. Realistically her combo would do around 800 damage and u would have around 1800-2000 HP. Something doesnt add up

Im pretty sure ppl still max W second?

Nothing changed on the base damages, only the ratios (which are the same at every spell rank).

Idk I played against like 4 Ahris after the nerf and all of them maxed E second. Maybe getting the lower cd on W isnt as important anymore or something.

I think its just a prefference thing, maxing E second before was already viable but its less reliable and less dps for stronger CC.
