You have 4 in a row so far, my guess is you lose 1, POSSIBLY 2 more in a row and then you will win 1.

This is stupid.... How is it possible to get better when you play against the same trash all day, and have the same trash on your own team?

I don't really know how it works. I know eventually people just get better if they learn and then the trash they get seems easy to carry against the trash they go against. When I first started this game I thought I was really good because I came from about 10 years of gaming experience, in shooters. By the time I hit mid silver I did my first smurf run, used a bronze 5 account that I used to learn new champs on ( always liked learning new champs in ranked rather than normals because match making is crap in normals ) and by the time I was mid silver bronze felt easyyyy. My games in silver felt kinda easy too but my team mates just seemed too bad to carry . Season 2

Then eventually I hit mid gold and went on the smurf again, which at this point was back in bronze because it was the next season and I did all 10 placements playing champs I never played before in off roles. When I played any of my mains I was able to win the games regardless of my team mates, even if they AFKd. Bronze and Silver games both felt incredibly easy, regardless of what my team did. They didn't seem too bad to carry any more. My gold games now felt like how my silver games use to feel, if my team was shit I just couldn't do anything about it. Season 3

Then eventually I hit Plat in** Season 4**. Went back on my smurf, at this point it placed in silver even playing champs I was terrible with. I was able to goof around on it and still grind it to mid gold with extreme ease. Even if I had an AFK or a troll it didn't seem to matter. My plat games still felt kinda easy but if I had really bad team mates it didn't seem to matter what I did.

Then in Season 5 I hit Diamond for the first time. My smurf placed in gold even when troll picking and playing off roles. When I played my mains on it I was able to walk through gold and plat pretty easily and gave myself a 2nd diamond account in the first season I hit diamond on my main.

Season 6 I was able to get diamond back again within a week of the season starting. I leveled a new account and did an unranked to plat to see how hard it would be, took me less than a week. I couldn't believe that the teams that I once had a hard time carrying were not able to do anything trolly enough to hold me back - and they seemed to try.

Season 7 pretty much feels like a repeat of season 6 so far except now I am working on expanding my champ pool.

So moral of the story is that eventually you will get better and the teams you have now will feel like nothing compared to how hard you can stomp the enemy team. Eventually you will look back on these days and wonder what you were doing wrong. If you keep some gameplay recordings I'm sure you can go back and have a good laugh at some point. I luckily had a few recordings from each tier and when I hit diamond the first time I went over all of the recordings and couldn't believe how many opportunities to win I had in those games that felt unwinnable.

**Edited to add in seasons

So 5 years from now i might be good? Time for a new game.

i have lost 9 in a row before.. then i won 8 in a row... then i lost 6... then i won 5... then i lost 5... then i won 16...

or something like that...

i know my biggest winstreak was 8 games (which i got in my first ever ranked games in post-season 3) ( i went 8-2 promos and landed in silver 1)

i matched it twice... but it wasnt until this season i passed it with a 16 game winning streak... which i got on support Morgana.

i flat out DOUBLED IT.

It will stop, trust me. Happens to me all the time. Win streak, lose streak. Then maybe one win, then another losing streak. It eventually gets better. Just implement all the usual tips of taking breaks, muting people, etc. The biggest thing I have been doing myself, is focusing on my own play. This includes both micro and macro game play. What could I have done better both in and out of lane? Everyone makes mistakes, but it's important to recognize and admit to your own and figure out how to fix it.

Side note: Play a champ you genuinely have fun with (and is effective for your role). Makes the experience much better.
