Make mastery tokens disenchantable

If you did this, you'd make the life of people who want to get lvl 7 for one specific champion so much easier. Theres a ton of tokens i will never use since i dont like the champ as much, and having to use 1700 ip to get that extra 20 essence is really annoying. I don't get champion shards from crafting as much as others, not saying im not lucky since i got spirit guard udyr, but i can barely ever rack up enough essence from the chests alone. If you did this, i could get rid of the tokens I will never use and save myself a ton of ip for new champs rather than getting champ shards for a flair emote.
