The thought of playing Solo Queue is exhausting, without even playing it...
I'm still trying to figure out why I just do not enjoy Solo Queue at all anymore. I've only played 5 games this season, enough to get me through HALF of my placements. With only 8 days left, I am lost on what I should do. I started in Season 1 so I've experienced every single ranked system in the game. Season 6 is, by far, the most un-enjoyable Season there has been for Solo Queue. I've been talking with close friends on starting a team, simply due to the fact that I KNOW who I'm playing with and how skillful my teammates are. Ever since Season 3, you are actually punished for doing well in Solo Queue. Based on your MMR if you are doing well, (+20-50 MMR) you are given teammates with much lower MMR to more help them build there own. Which in turn has never really worked. There have been many times I've done extremely well in lane and tried to carry the team by executing plays whenever I could, but do to the skill gap on the other player(s), these plays were irrelevant.
Based on the evidence I've gathered from Season 3 and on, if you do well one game, you are punished the next with failing teammates. Win game 1, lose game 2. Win game 3, lose game 4. I'm sorry, but a lot of games are **_not_** carry-able. If I were to be pared with good teammates every game, I would very much enjoy Solo Queue like I used to. The Elo system in Season 1 and 2 was fine and I don't know why they changed it. This may fall on def ears, or Riot will just refuse to acknowledge these complaints, but this is my *sort of rant*, more like a statement, after so many years of playing in these ranked systems. Maybe Season 7 will bring better changes to Solo Queue. I would _**love**_ to _**lose**_ a game with great teammates than to be treated like trash by toxic players on a losing streak.
