Everyone knows it: cloud drake is by far the least meaningful of the drakes. It's not exciting, it doesn't change much about the game unless you manage to rack up three of them, and if we wanted mobi boots we'd buy them. Remove cloud drake and give the people what they want: more of those sexy, gamechanging flame drakes.

The fact that you can't figure out how to effectively use more Out of Combat Move Speed is on you. It's a very useful thing to have.
I'd rather be faster than my enemy, not slower. It's a clear advantage.

Sure. So let's just make every Drake the same then and suck all variety out of the game.
Let's ensure there is only 1 way to Build every Champion, and only 1 Dragon Benefit to get.
Or we can have some Diversity and find interesting ways to Win.

Idk...if you are a jungler you can see the advantage over the extra damage. But I guess it feels useless to laners.
Honestly the one that I don't even bother contesting is the mountain, I mean I get a similar effect from 
and I can pop it right before sieging so I find little point to contest them.
I love getting an early-ish Could Drake (level 5 or 6) and then just outrotate the enemies. Specially if the one next to it is a mountain so I don't fear the enemy getting and having to set up a camp on drake as soon as it spawns (like you have to do for fire and used to do for ocean)
