It's Season 7 And People Are Still Making This 1 Simple Mistake

If you play a juggernaut OR tank that normally buys an offensive item first item and THEN go into tank, let me give you a small bit of advice that will increase your overall performance.

If you're jungling one of these 2, the FIRST item you should get when you see your team behind and you're not fed to where you can buy your first item already, is a DEFENSIVE item for whichever lane is snowballing the hardest on the opposite side. So if it's an AP snowballing, get a spirit visage or banshee's first item (or whatever you feel is best).

If you're playing top lane and you die to a cheese champ, even if you have a part of that black clever, SCRAPE IT and get yourself some DEFENSE. You're playing tanky champs, take advantage of it. You rushing an offensive item when you're behind is only going to make matters worse.

It's time we put an end to this "omg, we got no dmg team is bad I have to carry" mentality. You keep that up, and you'll only hinder your climb. Part of carrying is knowing HOW to carry and WHERE your carry option lies. Maybe, beefing up and allowing your carry teammates to dish out damage whiles the other team blows everything on you is better than you trying to go in and DIE before you even accomplish anything.

Just some food for thought people.

Another big no no that everyone ignores is to AVOID dueling when behind in kills and or CS. Nothing more annoying than hearing "Your teammate has fed yet again because he refused to CS closer to his tower"

Just had a game where botlane was against lux/annie as jhin/thresh, they went 1/12. Instead of jhin going hexdrinker, maybe merc shoes, qss. Guy went IE and swifty boots as first 2 items...
