Has anyone ever gotten a Loot-exclusive skin in a chest randomly without having to spend purple Gems? Asking for a friend. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

they are rare. in fact you have a better chance of getting ultimate skins from chests then you do loot exclusive ones.

I've gotten the Annie one. Granted I had already bought it with gems, so it didn't matter much at that point.

But it is possible. Pretty rare though.
