At max level Kassadin can riftwalk 4 times in the time it takes for his W to come off of cooldown.
I guess that means the correct build is to build mana tank and just teleport all over the enemy team and try to get chased.

Sounds decently viable since his R damage scaless off of max mana. If they ever add an Essense Reaver for AP users, this build would be amazing.
He's supposed to be an ap anti-mage assassin though.

Never thought to try Luden's Echo though.
e/ this was against a Talon lane, 4/5 AD on enemy team (AP kennen top being the exception)
