Two Major Questions for gameplay and servers on the east coast.

Can we PLEASE get a starter item that grants Magic Resist and Mana Regen everytime you kill something? This would help with the "Oh hey I have to go against a Leblanc who gains total lane dominance at level 2, but I cant farm due to her crazy burst potential and my mana issues" problem, and give people a chance to ACTUALLY learn their matchups early game without getting facerolled by champions with insane mobility/burst.

Second Question: When the hell is EAST COAST going to get a server? I want 30-60 ping like west coast too. That's not fair Riot, we deserve love too.

Gonna go ahead and downvote, because Google doesn't exist for you.

But Riot is in the process of making it's own network around the US, and currently in the process of setting up contracts with ISP's so they take efficient route through it, this will allow better stability (No ping spikes) a somewhat lower ping for some people etc.

After that a phase 2 for their server system they are going to get central servers.

As for your item idea, Well make a separate thread with actual details and thoughts for it etc.
