CREEP BLOCK. It's an apparent issue and it needs to be fixed.

So, as you see in the links above, creep block is a problem. Especially when you're playing Poppy and your shield from your passive decides to throw itself into a mob of minions and you run circles around the mob trying to get to the middle to pick up your shield. I'm sure everyone is fed up with whatever changed creep block in patch 5.22.
