Unable to move although not lagging!

Today is the first time this has ever happened, don't know if other people are having this issue or not but sometimes when I'm playing a game my right clicks will stop working and my character will just stand still while everything else around me continues to go on as normal and my ping stays at it's normal and stable 60. Anyone else having this issue? Typically when it occurs I'm unable to do anything or use any abilities for up to 5 seconds.
