So I never really thought about this until now, but why are Shiv and RFC not interchangeable like the two hydra items? I don't see a reason they shouldn't be interchangeable. Thoughts? <3

The Hydras are interchangeable so that you can't have both at once. Riot doesn't want RFC and Shiv to be mutually exclusive.
