Jungle Champ diversity

It's a bit frustrating when you have to play Champs you dont necesarily enjoy to be competitive. Everyone talks bout "OP" champs and mains them to stay in competitive gaming leaving others who dont necesarily play with the Meta "OP" champs completely out of the thrill of enjoying the game. Rito where's your champion diversity if your meta limits what champs you can use? Where is the reward for maining High skill cap champs like Elise while J4 takes you down with less effort and skill cap? where is the "balance"? Please make sure that next time you nerf a champ you actually balance the champ instead of trashing it for people who enjoy the champ leaving it useless against the "OP" Meta champs.

IDK about you, but i've always stayed true to who/what i liked to play.

I main shaco. Even when no one liked him. Every time i picked him i'd get the comments saying "OMFG WE LOST", "GG IT'S A SHACO".

But hey, i climbed. From silver 5 in season 3 to Plat 2 now. I played who i like, I win against "OP"champs. I win against counter picks (Lee sin).

Bottom line, don't feel like you HAVE to play those champions to win(Althogh those might make winning easier). Any champions can win :)

I exclusively play Rengar, Sejuani, and Wukong in the jungle.

I don't like playing JarvanIV, Lee Sin, and Vi, so I don't.

The jungle is far, far, far to strong to be inclusive. Currently, its balanced around lee-sin and smite; which means you need: Innate durability Innate sustain AoE damage And mobility +smite

Just to jungle well.

It pushes out off meta junglers like vayne, nautlus, zac, or any AP jungler.

I've always mained the same champions, adding in a few more as they get released if I enjoy them, and I will never play Lee or J4 regularly cause I find them both ridiculously boring. Does this gimp me? Most likely, yes, and that's the problem.

So yes, I agree with you.... mostly. I don't think they nerfed Elise too hard as you seem to be alluding too, cause she's not the only struggling jungler by far, but they need to either nerf the jungle so certain jungle champs who can barely jungle can once again be effectively played or nerf J4 and Lee so other junglers can at least compete.

I know they'll never actually nerf Lee cause everytime they do the "Lee fan community" rages up a storm and just cries none stop until they revoke their proposed ideas, but I hope they at least nerf J4. The Tanky assassin fighter engaging duelist with some of the best jungle clears and ganks NEEDS to be brought down a peg or two.
