Solo player vs 5man teams

Im a little tired of playing against teams. Its tilting and depressing. I do not improve as a player I just get really mad at the prospect of having my oposing laner get cocky and being UNABLE to do jack due to the coordination of the enemy team. Being a solo player sucks now days . I have been deterred to rank because of the same reason IT IS UNFAIR. I would rather just quit League of legends than keep destroying my liver over a match with all the odds against me. Anyone please Tell me. Where is Riot going with this terrible and unfair gameplay?
