Is it possible to dust a champ after they're permanent? Or trade it? Or do SOMETHING besides play it

I don't want to play Evelynn. I just don't.

I got Zed Shen and Nidalee for champ shards. Rolled the dice for a permanent champ. Got Evelynn.

I'm just stuck with this now aren't I?

Not my type of champ, nor do I really like AP assassins (although Kassadin seems cool, he's hard to play). If you saw who I owned for champs, you'd understand

Pantheon, Warwick, Blitz most recently it seems.

The only way this affects you is if you happen to roll her in ARAM. Anyone who plays that mode often has rolled free champs that are aren't their play style. An occasional nuisance, but easily tolerated. Besides that, it really doesn't affect you. Unless just seeing a champion you don't play on your list creates agitation or anxiety. If that's the case, i'm afraid you're out of luck.

I main grags. Rammus was just my second jungler ever that I could easily learn. Panth is like, my best AD jg. I just hate having people I won't ever play in my champ select. It bugs me mildly, but I stopped playing ARAM after how bad this format's been so. Good for me lol.

So it's you having a mental issue with it. Just going to have to deal with it then.

ARAM is the same as always. There are those of us that love it, and those that don't. Not every mode is for everyone.
