Ok, why the hell are they so high?

Like I was just playing against Lux and in-between casting my E she managed to hit me with her E and even dodge my? IN-BETWEEN. Or is this a post about ridiculously short Lux's cast times with 0.7 scalings, range like FUCK ME RIGHT IN THE ASS and tankiness 'cause of her "NERFED" shield? Like tell me how She survived my whole combo with ignite and killed me even without her ult? With 2 Dorans?!

I'm speaking out of tilt, I ignore every comment refering to it.

The only change I might welcome is increasing travel speed of e but honestly if they made that change zyra would be way too strong.
