I can confidently say I feel for those who have to face her in lane atm.
The issue isn’t Vayne though, it’s the fact that Rageblade is allowing her to bypass one of the three hits needed to do bonus true damage. Rather than nerf Vayne into oblivion why not rework rageblade so it doesn’t double proc champion abilities, only other items with on-hit components.

I think it's really only Vayne that RB is a huge problem on, though.
Vayne has been stupid strong for several patches now with not even a hint of a nerf in sight. The closest thing I've seen to a Vayne nerf is the PBE change to BotRK which will increase it's price... by a whopping 100g... I think something needs to be done about Vayne herself. She had this sort of identity where she was pretty garbage early game but became a monster tank killer late game. Now she can actually WIN lanes and kills squishies in just a couple autos after 2 or 3 items.
I think she needs to be toned back a bit.
Don't get me wrong, RB has it's issues, but I think a lot of the problem here is just Vayne.

I'm honestly curious what elo you play in where people play the laning phase for 20 minutes. Like, no offense, the issue isn't "vayne in lane" or whoever "faces her in lane atm".
She builds Botrk and then Rageblade. The game moves into mid game by the time she has both items completed. Meaning, the laning phase is over. And she can be hunted down by assassins and such ;)
Rageblade breaks everyone who builds it. Riot for some reason wont just remove it
1 auto if its stacked and she e's you into a wall.
Funny how she consistently does less true dmg than 
Yes, vayne's interaction with rageblade is insane, but then why wasn't she broken forever? imo it's the ridiculous lvl 6 powerspike because of the Q cd causing her to be able to max W 1st is what pushed her over the edge. Simply revert the Q cd on ult and maybe give her a tiny bit more power in another part of her kit so she doesn't fall back to being complete garbage for the first 30 minutes of the game again
