Club tags not showing up in-game

Played two games after the patch and the club tag shows on the main menu and champion select but not on the loading screen or in-game.

Same issue here, EUW :( Shows in champion select and main menu but not on Loading Screen/In-Game :( I miss my TAG! Zyra

Same thing here, OCE, my club tag just stopped showing up ... thought I was going crazy, cant find anything to fix it.
