Why is it that Vlad doesn't have as much consistent damage, tankiness nor lifesteal as Swain? I love Vlad's lore and his play style, however, with Swain here I find no reason to pick Vlad over Swain. So, answer me this, why would you pick Vlad over Swain?

xWaters1 votesIs he though? Is he really worse? I don't know...
Emerald Fang1 votesI really don't think he's worse... Swain has sustained, damage over time, with SOME healing, but it's not an integral part of his kit, which is more about sustain and DoT. Vlad is a bursty mage who RELIES on health to do his job. He has short bursts of massive damage but he can't do anything when his Q/E are down. I would definitely pick vlad over swain versus a burst mage like veigar, or lux possibly.
