I don't get why Zac is permabanned?

I've seen people complain that when he E's you he can go right into R and since he's CC immune it can get safe backline picks or force out important flashes and gets Zac out to safety at the same time. But that's just part of his gameplay identity... xD And yea he has alright ganking... honestly I think the range should be buffed since it's a channel ability and things like ori ult can interrupt it so its actually kinda weak. I just wish people saw the many weaknesses he has (I think he's one of the most balanced champs in this game actually) so I can play my main more! xD

He can't oneshot you but he can perma CC you to the point where he can kill you because of that so a lot of people don't want to deal with that

i guess that even the pros aren't educated about his counterplay and then you want to go and buff him which will only make people ban him even more. no they aren't. Pros are banning him, everyone is banning him. This is not some random soloq people banning him this is pros from EVERYWHERE not just some weird random region and picking him whenever he is not banned. People know he is strong, everyone knows he is strong except blinded people like you who think that he is balanced only because you want to play him more. Sorry but when literally everyone from low elo players to high elo players to professional players think he is too strong then that means he is too strong.

Also you think that landing 1 out of 3 abilities is hard? there are champions who only have a single ability to land otherwise they are unable to do anything. When your only reliable way of dodging his ganks is to flash or play insanely back it becomes an issue

"only 3 chances" yeah because so many champions even have that many chances to land some form of hard cc on anyone. You do know you are talking about him having almost his entire kit to use to try and hard cc you right? other than Nautilus and Maokai there aren't any other champions who get that luxury. Most champions have ONE chance to CC you, some have two but there are insanely few who have three whole chances to CC you and landing a single one of them essentially means getting a kill where the others landing their one skill does not necessarily mean getting the kill. You aren't even trying anymore

The dude can slingshot the entire lane away? He doesn't even need to land his E - he just needs to land his fat ass Q onto him and then right click a minion - successful gank. He's basically the Yasuo of tanks, it's just that he isn't frustrating to play against - he is just broken.

The reason his Q and R are so powerful is because if he misses his E then the gank wasn't a success. At least with Q and R he can salvage a bad gank. So it's like 3 strikes and you're out (which I think is more fair than 1 strike), if he misses E, then Q and then R - then yes the gank/initiation was failed and he needs to wait the full ~10 seconds (30 for ultimate) before he can try again. That's how you punish him.

yeah i am going to let him through the ban phase just so whoever picks him gets a free win. Sorry but he is not a balanced champion in the slightest. "alright ganking" yeah being able to gank from almost anywhere out of nowhere is only "alright ganking". Dude please, just because you like the champion that doesn't make him balanced

His gank paths are difficult to ward and if they are good at zac it becomes occasionally oppressive when he camps or has good synergy. Other then that because most folks are happy to just follow the meta rather then contemplate what's a threat to their team comp or champions.

More seriously:

Zac is just way too oppressive. His Q is extremely powerful if he lands it since he repositions you and an ally (or just a minion). If Zac lands his E, he bacisally gets his ult for free, which can be a 2-5 man reposition with no reaction time. (and because of his E ranged, there's not much reaction to him e'ing out of FoW)

Before he lacked 1 CC ability (his Q), didn't do as much damage, and his ultimate was a knock up rather than a much deadlier reposition (which is basically a moving knock up). The rework gave him an additional CC ability that makes his ganks more deadlier than they already were, and made his ultimate much stronger in a team fight.

He was alway an "on the edge of balance" champion because of his damage and utility, the rework enchanced this to degrees far past what he needed.

We permaban him because he's bullshit, and there's no counter argument for "letting broken escape ban phase" except for your first pick is hovering it.

yeah let's position and ward against one of the most difficult champions in the game to do that against. He can literally jump you from nearly anywhere on the map and even from the lane itself and you wouldn't be able to know he is there until it is too late. You really are bad at this you know.

Why don't you ask the pros why they keep banning him.

He can literally come from anywhere outside of site range and you'd never know it. You're knocked up. Nobody, not even Ori would have a realistic chance to stop it when he comes from outside of site range. Just seeing him go over a ward into your jungle means you have to back toward turret if you're one of the laners adjacent. And you're not even completely safe there. He can literally ult you right into his team, And his Q isn't too shabby either. When you do manage to kill him, well you have to kill him again because oozes back together.

He literally comes out of nowhere, being able to gank while not being in ward vision? He can slam you and a minion together if no one else is around? He can just build tank and hold you down and beat you to death due to the amount of CC he has? His ult is so broken? He has a guaranteed zhonya's if someone tp's on his blobs? Did I mention that he only has to build health items to win? His jump charges up so fast even if you were to win a duel against him he gets a free pass? There's a reason he's banned as much as he is, don't be ignorant.
