Riot, Why did you ruin Viktor?
Viktor was perfectly fine. Now he has bad range, more expensive upgrades, and no Damage over time effect.
He has been nerfed into the ground.

333lom2 votesThe rework went completely off the track. It should have been something entirely different, instead it turned into an increase of his unreliability in terms of damage (split damage on Q, split damage on E), removal of after-slow on W, and a completely lackluster ultimate. That even looks like a bug-zapper now. I am disappointed with the rework. Not to mention the forced build path for his passive that always looks the same now.
Terff1 votesHe's so much better now and his item is actually good.
