in PBE all the marksmen loses about 5 armor.
Jinx and Ezreal are the only ones that are different.
That way Jinx Loses 4 Armor Only .. Ezreal loses 6 Armor ..??
@Riot are you balancing Around or nerfing and buffing around?
EDIT: HP Regen also lowered for Ezreal more than intended.

they didn't before the PBE changes comes up? the changes should be on for all champions!. 1 Armor saves lifes, And HP Regen look how silly they made it look..
for example: Ezreal: HP Regen lowered from 6.5 to 4 Draven: HP Regen lowered from 6 to 3.75
like whats makes ezreal more special, to nerf him? hes gettin 0.25% more nerf intended more than Draven for HP Regen.

they have move speed, healing, and attack speed, good runes.. more than enough i think.

Ezreal is probably going to be overpowered after this patch, and jinx will be weak.

Ezreal needs to farm at least couple of items that costs $$$$ before he even appear to be in the game. And in late Game if everyone full items marks men are better than Ezreal , you sentence has no sense.

Thats how Ezreal works.. they take attack speed runes for stack late game, for move speed, for healing. Ezreal can only get some potions etc. i mean why 1 Armor.. why.. [sg-janna]
