It takes away a lot of late game potential from Lucian, if you are going to do that to Lucian, at least give other ADCs the same treatment, look at Sivir for example, her bouncing blades ability can crit on every bounce, why not nerf that so the damage is reduced on each bounce? Look at Kogmaw, even though no one really plays him right now, when its late game, he can crit on every single auto attack that he spews out at 4.000 attack speed, why not make it so that you can't crit when your W is active?
