Matchmaking is fixed, mainly promos with proof

Above are 3 games that I won, that got me into promos to Plat 4 (Plat 5 100 LP), fairly balanced teams, similar MMRs, good stuff.

The above two games are my first two games played in promos, I lost both of them, in the first one, Viegar said he was autofilled mid, going up against an OTP Diana main, so that's all she wrote for that one.
The second loss is where I have my real issue. If you look at my team, you will notice that I have a Gold 4 on my team, and I'd be okay with that if he had a high win percentage or if he was duo with a higher elo, however, he isn't.
He has a 47% win rate in gold 4, isn't duo with anyone on the team, and, look here at the picture below
This game was a game he played before he was put in my game, HE WAS PLAYING WITH SILVERS AND LOW GOLDS, now, before I lose my shit, where is the reasoning, in putting someone of such low MMR in Gold 4, in a promos Series to Plat 4? WHAT THE FUCK, that makes no sense what so ever, he obviously couldn't hold is own, and don't tell me I should have carried him, the team comp I was going against was hard enough for a Riven, they have Lulu and 3 exhausts, so fuck you if you wanna throw that one at me.
Hello, Riot, I want an answer, or fix your stupid ass matchmaking software to higher the quality of games even if we have to wait an additional 2 minutes for a game.
and, if one of you board moderators removes this for calling players out, I'll just post it again, because this is public information that anyone can OP.GG/ and I'm not about to take 10 minutes whiting out each name.
