Can we have a Vi nerf that matters?

Because the problem with Vi was is how stupid her damage is while still being too tanky to burst. Please do something about that, and not the other shit.

And Vi's damage requires three autoattacks. Vayne is going to deal more, but the trick to dealing with Vi is not dueling her. She has soft cc and a lockdown, but nothing hard. If you got a stun, you can peel and win trades with her. Bait her ult out (early game has a high cd) before using your cc, and stay out of melee range if possible. She's good against tanks, but can be defeated with cc and damage (I believe Fiddlesticks can beat her, along with Lee and Irelia).

Voli shat on Vi before the cinderhulk came in, it just got even worse recently. Vi gets rekt by shaco even lol. Who are you playing that's having a problem with Vi?
