Why Sabotage Team Game Play?

Team communication should be honest and consistent of the words honest teamwork. This was far from the truth in some of the games.

Recently played about 3 dozen games. There after a while became a trend with the Ping. Appears that some people enjoy using the ping at the correct of the wrong times; then, if no one should answer the ping they have the chance of a claim to state certain people play without any team communication since not all people are responding to their ping's.

Continuing on along with a trend in many of the games I play is the way in which too many people call themselves out with their decisions and game play performance, only to place me in the role of team official; since being the team support is nowhere simple; especially when having to attend, look out for more than one health bar other than m y own, and make sure that all of the details almost any role or person could coordinate for themselves for a win that I must be there to make sure there are no reasons for anyone to cry about anything.

Why must I be a team official and call out what should not exist in team play?

Why must people ping correctly but maybe not the best time, only to cause a sabotage in all lanes being deconstructed in strength? Why should sabotage exist on a team inside of any game as a means to throw the game and give the win to the enemy opposing team?

Interesting proof, is when I stated in a game, "If you take a look at the map and find out we are all defending our lanes, then why ping for help in knowing no one will respond, but so you can claim in a report negative attitude or team communication?" After I mentioned that in a game chat, they stopped pinging, and we actually won.

Would like to talk about this if there is anyone available and capable.
