Aatrox rework

Am I the only one who thinks needs a rework? If he gets too buffed with his current sustain and w healing he'll be cancerous, but as of right now he's actually OK when played well and in the right way but certainly not impressive. He kinda tries to be a lot of things but shines at none, (He does less damage than as a tank and has unreliable cc, and as a melee carry/or assassin he gets his tits kited off and isnt really viable with a full damage build). Middle ground off tank is where I find him best, but I really can't think of a good reason to play him unless you just want to. This champ is right on the cusp of being a good champ I feel or maybe just broken if he gets a buff to his q or something (which has to be one of the worst gap closers in the game) so maybe a rework is the best option. p.s. redposts on this anywhere?
