Akali's nerf is once again, hit the wrong aspect of her

Don't get me wrong, I also do believe that her no-counterplay burst is a bad design, but the nerf doesn't fix anything. I thought your goal was to make people be able to outplay her, but this nerf won't even stop Akali's diving. Making E not proc mark makes her E serves no purpose in her kit other than wave clear, hell, it might be even better to conserve energy instead of using it. If your goal is to make her burst hurt less, I believe number adjustment is the way to go instead of making her combo clunky as hell, at least until you rework her properly. Gut her number if you want, but changing the playstyle of a champion is NEVER. EVER. a good thing to do.

Also btw, this guy -> only got AS nerf which serves nothing to his obnoxious laning phase. Balance team is a joke.
