Bard isn't that bad. I have played a total of 30 games of him, so lemme give u some advice

Chimes.... They last 10 whole damn minutes. You don't need to run out and automaticly get every chime. Do it when your adc recalls

Build... Get the support magic blade thing first and some pots. The n build as a tanky support. Bard is late game, not early game so don't go ham at lvl 1
3 Ult... Do not ult allies... That's just plain stupid troll. Ult an enemy who is caught out and let your team catch up

if you bought him with IP its not a big deal. If you bought him with RP... its your own fault
