Can we consider changing Kindred's ultimate ability

This is the issue with any shared buff effect / all unit effects. You need an additional effect to make it worth it, say like the travel speed boost for allies for Bard's tunnel. Normally, these changes aren't enough to really make a large effect.
Kindred has no differentiated effect on top of its base effect. I would believe if any changes are to be made, it would be adding this differentiated effect, and not a full rework of it.
As some simple options:
I am okay with changing it; I agree that especially after Bard and Taric her ult feels... lackluster.
It's a shame because it has a really cool concept that is spot on thematically, but it doesn't translate well into the hectic teamfights of LoL.
Though it is kind of a cool ability, I feel it's a large part of what holds kindred back. If she had an ult with kill potential it could shift her power into more windowed ganking power, which is what she desperately needs imo.
She's incredibly reliant on ganks, and with an ult that rarely helps with ganks that leaves her in a place where she needs strong kill potential with just her base skills to get any stacks at all, which has proven to be pretty unhealthy for a ranged champ. Being a ranged jungler dependent on strong ganks leads to a lot of feast or famine gameplay.
It is super powerful and as such eats up a ton of her power budget. A Rioter a while back mentioned Kindred will be getting more cha he's in the future but in my opinion they need a full update. Not one part of their kit should remain as is, especially her R and passive. It just doesn't work in any kind of meaningful or effective way.
You'd think the embodiment of death would have an ult that's actually detrimental for the enemy team
Most of the time a "good" kindred ult comes from enemies just walking out of it because they don't know what it does because who the fuck even plays this champ anymore. Feels pretty bad
Entering Kindred's ultimate as the enemy should feel like a risk, not a free advantage against someone who used his ability who's supposed to be the strongest in his kit...
I think the power budget her ult eats as well as her weird stacking system that requires her to snowball are Kindred's biggest issues right now. She needs a mid-level rework, but from what it looks like she's not the biggest one in need of one.
Pretty much from day 1 of her release I have hated the idea of Kindred's ultimate. Both for practical reasons of hating the AoE Tryn ult and for the lore reason of death itself keeping people alive via not-killing them.

Ive always thought some kind of change would be cool because it doesnt sit right with me as it is. I think her ulti would be cool if it made everyone inside immortal as it does now until it detonates and then kills everything inside (ally and enemy). I know this would be a pain in the ass to balance but maybe make it so kindred has to be inside in order for it to execute and shorten the radius on it. IDK, her ult just feels lame to me but i dont really play her.
Here is an idea I guess:
Her ultimate could be a fusion with herself and wolf to become a glimpse of her original self with increased auto range and the ability to send out one wolf once that hunts down her marked champion or the last hit champion and it deals increased damage based on the targets missing hp and the wolf denies after death passives.

Her passive is the issue
Hey, occasionally you can find someone who's really good at timing it, and can activate it miliseconds before a teammate dies.
If you can't do that, it's really worthless though. In general, it's a pretty bad ult.
The change they need to do to her ult is if they want to stick to the mark system every enemy that get the heal from her ult get marked so if kindred kill them they get more marks more easily to make way for more aggressive ult usage rather than just survive.
her ult has 0 reward for being used because every time you do you give the enemy more opportunity to kill you (wait for cooldowns, get healed, they would have died but lived, etc). the only usage it possibly has right now is to prevent a team from finishing baron/dragon for whatever pointless reason because then they'll just kill you when it's over, or to protect yourself/a nearby teammate from a global ult like jinx's. no other point in bothering with it. it's such a waste. any number of changes would make it 100x better. Don't heal enemies! Heal allies more! Slow enemies that enter it! do literally ANYTHING to make allies want to enter the circle and make enemy's think twice about entering the circle! anything at all! Even just something dumb like "allies who enter get a 5% movement speed boost" or something. literally anything is better than this.
No oh my god I love it combo it with taric
maybe changing their E to not be such a crucial piece of the kit and make Q or W stronger. As E is their only targeted skill make it give said shield or heal to an ally. And for the ult, I'm thinking Kindred fires an arrow that doesn't do too much damage (im thinking around
's early damage or less/more) but if it kills a marked champion they get an additional stack.
Wolf on the other hand chases the champion with the lowest current health, dealing additional damage if they're being hunted, over the next 5-8 seconds. During this effect Wolf can't be stopped unless he runs out of time, the enemy champion leaves a huge range from Lamb (think Jhin or Xerath ult range, maybe further)or Lamb dies. Lamb's swift arrow or Wolf's crushing jaws?
The E would be less crucial for its execute and R would be better for killing targets and then dealing with the remaining champs. Probably overload but just an idea. :P
One issue I have is it does not fit at all thematically, kindred is the left and right hands of death and yet their ult revolves around saving people
I'd always hoped Kindred would receive an ult that really emphasised Lamb and Wolf's role. Something like, Kindred forms an arena around a chosen enemy target, if they remain within the arena Lamb...something something...% health shred on aa...something something - if they choose to leave the arena, Wolf begins hunting the target gaining bonus movement speed towards them and dealing bonus damage based on % missing health.

They should make it like shen ult but keep her ultimate the same . Where she can use it on a teammate. Like if your top lane is fighting and is about to die you can ult them. They could go two way with this. Either she teleport to whom she ult or just give them her ult. Imo i think this fits more into her champion.
It feels pretty good to flash + Q and save an ally from death.
