A Very Risky Thing to do.. Refunds

I will probably main Riven, that is, when I have enough IP for her. Is it worth it to refund any of these champs for her? (All of my bought champs): Warwick, Darius , Jax , Fiddlesticks . I'm broke at ~200 IP :(

I think it's better to play it out for IP, or wait for the end of year change and get her then, no reason to refund champs imo unless it's an accidental buy with RP.

It'll start getting easier to unlock new champions. Basically just keep playing until the end of season and preseason changing include uncapped levels.

No, I doubt that will be a worthwhile decision. I doubt that it would be worth it to use any of your very limited refunds on low cost champions that you didn't even spend real money on just to get another low cost champion a bit faster. It would be far better to just play some games and collect the IP or spend a few bucks. Especially as it is Riven we are talking about.
